Providing evidence-based therapy for a varied range of issues including anxiety, trauma, depression, WorkCover, couple’s relationships, families, children’s and adolescent’s issues and mood disorders.

With a well-established referral base from over 200 GPs across the Adelaide area, this is a unique opportunity to join a thriving practice.

Work in large furnished consulting rooms with an established referral structure with opportunities to extend your current skills and to learn and develop new skills to further develop your career.

The Role:

We require an ambitious or aspiring Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Practice on a full-time or part-time basis.

Providing psychiatric assessment, treatments, rehabilitation and reports for patients with a range of conditions and caseloads within clinical, family, health, adults, children, couples and workplace / EAP.

Work both independently and collaboratively with our team of psychologists

Be part of a friendly and sociable multidisciplinary team delivering improved health outcomes to our patients.

Enjoy a supportive role with a dedicated management team who will coach you through your private practice career, enabling you to develop yourself and subskill sets whilst maximizing your income.

All roles are on a sub-contractor basis allowing maximum flexibility in all aspects of the role.

The person:

We are looking for an ambitious team player with knowledge and experience in all aspects of psychiatry.

Demonstrated skills in interdisciplinary working and the development of effective relationships with clients, carers and colleagues.

Desire to support the development and maintenance of best practice within the team.

Telepsychiatry experience is an advantage but not essential.

Medicare provider number or eligibility is required.
